Help our STARS In Need shine even brighter!

STAR Academy was founded in 2004, over 17 years ago, so we want to challenge our friends and community to invest $20.04 per month (or multiples of $20.04) to help our students who have the greatest financial needs.

Your generosity directly impacts those students who are below the poverty threshold and ensures that STAR students with extraordinary economic needs will be able to fully-participate in the extracurricular needs of the Academy.

Your monthly support will go a long way toward the following

  • $40 Provides school supplies for one student.
  • $75 Covers violin and music instructional materials for one student.
  • $150 Covers Star Basketball League costs for one basketball or cheerleading team member.
  • $200 Provides a yearly uniform scholarship for one student.
  • $275 Provides one in-class library for 25 students.
  • $500 Covers college tour and food costs for one 5th-grade student.
  • $600 Provides a desktop computer and iPad for one classroom.
  • $1,500 Supports our growing Athletic Program (basketball, cheerleading, soccer, golf and volleyball) with equipment, officials, and uniforms.
  • $5,000 Supports one Teaching Fellow (local college education major) for 1 year.
